- Variety of blogs from different countries/trips which are constantly refreshed, freshness of content is a key part in SEO and establishing an online presence.

- Blogs enable customers to engage and build trust with TrailFinders as previous customers explain their experiences.

- This is an example of best practise as compared to other companies, TrailFinders have frequent new blogs which are easy to find and navigate with eye catching imagery that customers are drawn to.

2. Hays Travel E-book

- Educates and includes good visual designs that are consistent with their brand.

- Better than other examples I found online as it was the only company that had an Ebook online instead of offering a brochure in the post.

- Ideal because it gives the customers answers they want straight away which enables the audience to start to build a relationship with Hays Travel and develop trust in them.

3. Trip Advisor Case Studies

- Trip Advisor uses effective, retainable to give an early SEO focus. This helps them appear at the top of the results page when a customer is looking for a review.

- Like TrailFinders' Blogs, the regular customer reviews create a freshness to their website, boosting SEO. 

- Also, as the content Trip Advisors post of valuable and shareable, they grasp customer attention and build trust with each individual customer.

4. Inspiring Travel Company

- Their video was an example of best practise as their video is timeless and therefore cost effective and they don't need to keep spending money to update the video.

- Also educates the audience and enables them to establish a sense of community.

- Other videos such as the Kuoni do this too, however as Inspiring Travel is part of YouTube, it expands the audience they can each out to building a bigger loyal customer base.
